Cookie policy
What they are
Small files a site stores in your browser so it can work properly.
Which we use
No cookies. This site writes no cookies to your browser, neither functional, nor analytics, nor advertising.
What the site stores, and it is not a cookie
One thing only: where you came from. If you arrived from Instagram, from a search or from a tagged campaign link, the site notes that in your browser's session storage.
It serves one purpose: to go into the message already written for you when you tap to talk on WhatsApp, in a sentence such as "I came from Instagram". You read, edit or delete that sentence before sending, because you are the one sending the message.
That note does not identify you, disappears when you close the tab, and never leaves your device except inside the message you choose to send.
How we know how many people visit
From the log of the server that delivers the pages, counted in aggregate. It is the same log that already exists for the site to work: no one new receives anything, no program runs in your browser, and you are neither identified nor followed between visits.
And other sites
The site loads nothing from outside: no fonts, no maps, no social buttons. When you click a link to WhatsApp or Instagram, that is when you leave here and their policy takes over.
Where that log is kept
The company that hosts the site has servers outside Brazil, so the access log is kept outside the country. It does not identify you and is not cross referenced with any other data. The rest is in the privacy policy.
How to refuse
Block storage in your browser, or browse in a private window. The site keeps working the same, and the WhatsApp message goes out without the origin sentence.
There is no consent banner because there is no cookie and no tracking across visits to switch off.
